Ingredients: Chaste Tree Berry, Cramp Bark, Dong Quai, Ginger, Lavender, Red Raspberry, Wild Lettuce, Wild Yam Root
Other Ingredients: Grain Alcohol, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Spring Water
Contains no preservatives, fillers, binders, food colorings, or additives.
Pregnancy: Not recommended.
Contraindication: May interact with your prescription medication. Consult with your health care provider.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Menstruating females:
Place one full squeeze of dropper into a small amount of water/juice. Take up to 3 times a day.
Infants and children: Not recommended
Best Time to Take: 1 week prior to menstrual cycle, during menstrual cycle
