I’m Crystal, a former 3rd grade teacher turned health researcher and subsequently a health educator after a health scare. In 2007, I had a bout with vertigo.  This was the first time in my life that I felt absolutely helpless.  I went the conventional route initially for help, but was only prescribed medication and given a referral to a neurologist.  Frustrated, I cancelled the appointment and began the journey of natural healing.  On this journey, I came across herbs and a plant based lifestyle and ultimately this is what healed me.  If this is what healed me, I knew it could help heal others. So in 2010 I began my studies of herbalism under master herbalist Djehuty Maat-Ra, original founder of Dherbs, and now current owner of http://www.djehutymaatraherbs.com/ in Los Angeles, CA.  I continued studying herbalism and natural healing and health on my own.  I also studied raw food preparation at the Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California and became a raw food chef and raw chocolatier.  It is my belief that the body becomes sick, diseased, and unhealthy by the breaking of natural law, thus health can be restored by the understanding of and the adherence to natural law. I have created over 40 herbal based natural products to assist you along your healing journey.
